Celiac disease was already contemplated on the 1st century, by one of the most well known physicians of the ancient Greek, Aretaeus<\/i> generally styled the Cappadocian,<\/i> who is considered the first physician to describe it. When describing people with this disease, he applied the Greek word \u03ba\u03bf\u03b9\u03bb\u03b9\u03b1\u03ba\u03cc\u03c2 \u00abkoliakos\u00bb<\/b>, from which the word celiac is derived and that means: \u00abdisease of abdomen\u00bb<\/p>\n

We have been inspired by the history to give the name KOLIAKOS to our Premium gluten-free beer<\/b>, suitable for coeliacs and with the outstanding characteristic flavour of unika beer.<\/p>\n
